Accommodating your business with the highest level of service is our priority. We are here to serve you and make your office address one that your clients enjoy visiting. Please do not hesitate to make a suggestion or request.
Our facilities are cleaned 6 nights a week; however, areas including foyers, restrooms, kitchens, hallways, trashcans and stairways, may need additional attention from time to time due to traffic. If at anytime you notice that any area needs attention, please contact Thomasat@aol.com or at 407-931-1217 and she will address the issue immediately.
Though we are a family friendly multiplex, we are also customer conscious. If your guests have small children with them, please be kind to your neighbors and make sure that noise levels are minimized so that other business are not disturbed.
As well, if you have a large number of guests, or guests taking a break from a class, please suggest proper break areas and encourage them to be considerate of other nearby businesses.
And remember, according to Florida State Law, smoking and and any open flames, including candles are not permitted inside the buildings.

Restrooms are centrally located on every floor of each building.
Setting up phone service in your office requires two steps:
1) You will need to contact your phone company of choice and request the service you would prefer.
2) You will need to contact Thomasat@aol.com as soon as you know when you expect your lines to have been serviced by your phone service provider. Once your phone service provider connects your lines to the phone services within the building, our networking specialist, Steve Moore, will need to run the lines from the Telephone Box to your office. The sooner you let Thomasa know that your lines are available, the better she can coordinate with the networking specialist to assure your lines are available immediately.
Each office address will receive two front door keys which cannot be duplicated for security purposes.
Each office address will be provided with two keys to their office that can be duplicated. All offices are re-keyed each time the business within the office changes for security purposes.
For the security of our offices during the evening hours, we request that you lock the front door if it is after 6 pm or you are the last individual in the building. Your attentiveness to this protocol is appreciated.
To dispose of your trash, please use one of the three trash dumpsters. There is one on the in front of the Leland Building, one in the rear of the Leland Building, and one behind the Tompkins Building.
B & W Mobile Auto Detailing provides onsite auto detailing right here on the property while you work. Every other Friday, you can find Buster setup in the parking lot around 8 a.m. to meet all of your auto detailing needs.
Kitchen Areas & Vending Machines
You can find full service kitchens with fridges, freezers, microwaves, and vending machines on the second floor of the Tompkins & Leland buildings. Smaller kitchens with fewer amenities can be be found on the first floors of the Tompkins & Leland building. There are vending machines on the 1st & 2nd floors of the Tompkins Building as well as on the second floor of the Leland Building. Kindly clean & rinse any dishware you may use.
